Scope of application of 9-04 type high-pressure centrifugal fan: In order to meet the needs of the development of power equipment in China, the 9-04 series high-pressure small flow centrifugal blower has been developed and successfully applied in Xinbei Thermal Power Plant and Panjin Oilfield. This blower is suitable for power plants, petroleum, environmental protection, aquaculture, metallurgy, ironmaking, and chemical systems. The temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 50 ℃ (up to 80 ℃), and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium do not exceed 150mg/m ³.

The transmission modes of the fan are C type and D type.
The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing, and both "left" and "right" can be made into three angles: 0 degrees, 90 degrees, and 180 degrees.

The blower is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a base, and a transmission group.

1) Shell: Welded into a snail shaped shell with ordinary steel plates as a whole.
2) Impeller: The 9-04 type fan has a total of 40 long and short blades. All belong to the forward curved blade type. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, so it runs smoothly.
3) Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing housing is an integral structure. It is lubricated with rolling bearings and bearing grease. There are detachable sealing rings installed on both sides of the cover.
4) Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the front cover plate group with bolts.
